Admissions are usually held in March for the Nursery class. For other classes, parents/guardians must fill out the prescribed admission form, available at the school office on designated days. At the time of admission, the candidate must submit the original Birth Certificate issued by the Hospital/Maternity Home as well as the Municipal Corporation, along with the Aadhaar Card. The application form, duly filled and accompanied by the Birth Certificate and three passport-size photographs, must be submitted before admission can be considered. Admission to higher classes will be based on seat availability and the candidate’s performance in the admission test. Students transferring from another school must provide a Transfer Certificate (TC) and a certified copy of the Report Card/Scholar’s Register. Admission will be granted only for the class applied, and no child will be placed in a class higher than the one stated in the Transfer Certificate. The Principal has the final authority on admission conditions. Even in the case of late admission, the full-term fee must be paid. Parents/guardians must strictly comply with all school rules and regulations.
